How does a LPG bottling plant work?

What is LPG?
The LPG consists large amount of propane, butylene, butane in various mixtures. It comes from the natural gas processing and petroleum refining. At normal LPG are gases at normal temperatures and pressures.

LPG bottling plant?

The LPG bottling plant is a plant where Liquid petroleum gas is put into bottles for storage. The plant has the separate division to receive bulk LPG by pipeline from a reliable source. This is the reliable and the affordable way of transporting bulk LPG.

The plant is equipped with water-powered (hydraulic) cylinder testing equipment for intermittent testing of the cylinders. To assure safe and filling of the cylinders well experienced technical people should only be engaged in the working of the plant. After the stored LPG cylinder is supplied by LPG suppliers to the household.

Uses of Gases:

Autogas:

When LPG it is used as a fuel in internal combustion engines in vehicles and generators, then it is called as an autogas. It is a mixture of propane(C3H8) and butane(C4H10).

Medical Gases:

Medical gases are mainly used in the health center,  are necessary for supplying piped oxygen(O2), nitrous oxide(N2O), nitrogen(N2) carbon dioxide(Co2), and medical air to various parts of the facility.

Refrigerant Gases:

A refrigerant is a compound of fluid, used in a heat pump and refrigeration cycle. In most cycles, it undergoes phase shifts from a liquid to a gas and back again.

Welding Gases:

Welding gases are mainly used in welding & Cutting Equipment during cutting processes like gases produced by the decomposition of fluxes or from the interaction of ultraviolet light or high temperatures with gases or vapors in the air.

Forklift Gases:

Forklift Gas is a specially formulated mixture obtained after addition of additives which is a combination of several unique chemical compounds, plus an upper cylinder lubricant dispersed in a petroleum based solvent added with LPG.

Aerosol Propellant Gases:

Aerosol gas is mainly used in the spray. The aerosol spray of liquid particles. This is used with a bottle that contains a payload and propellant under pressure.

Uses of Aerosol Propellant Gas are:
Paints
Air-fresheners
PerfumesCosmetics
Food grade packaging material
