How LPG gas changes the way of cooking

Cooking has now become a child’s play. Thanks to LPG!  

Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Liquid Petrol Gas is the most preferred gas when it comes to cooking. It is safe, portable, clean and efficient. Way back then people across the world used many possible options like firewood, charcoal, crop residue and kerosene to cook but after the emergence of LPG, it changed the way people used to cook.

No one wants to ignite the fuel over again and again when preparing a meal. Obviously, it is an arduous effort to deal with. Enabling an instant ignition of LPG grabbed a great attention from the people and has gained a crucial shift in the late 1930’s.

Now, LPG has seen a meteoric rise to become the most preferred gas for cooking and the total global production of LPG has rapidly increased to 284 million tonnes by 2015. Countries like U.S, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia, and UAE have become the leading industrial gas distributors in the global market.
According to a report by World LPG Association, nearly 44% of the LPG is utilized by the domestic sector. Followed by Chemical Processing and Industry. In a segment where the majority of LPG usage is consumed for cooking and heating, simply signifies the importance of LPG in our day-to-day activities. So, what are the benefits it brings to us?
